Would that it were that simple! Unfortunately, the left and the right live in different realities: The left's world is fact-based, while the right's is feelings-based. There's no evidence of voter fraud, but Trump supporters FEEL that there is, and that's all that matters to them. When feelings replace fact, there is no discourse or rationality because there's no arguing with someone who, quite literally, cannot be reasoned with. All that is left for Biden supporters is to disown friends and family members in the hopes that isolation has a corrective effect and, just as importantly, for their own sanity.

We are absolutely going to have to deal with Trumpism in 2024. And earlier. Until rational discussions are possible, the only thing that can be done about it is to show up at the ballot box in greater numbers than (and I use the word deliberately, here) they do.
