These houses are proliferating among the right-wing as the toxicity increasingly isolates them from the rest of society and they have to stake out their own safe spaces. I hadn't heard of this one in particular, but I'm not surprised to learn of it. The good news is that they go to great lengths to conspicuously portray their "anti-woke" values, so it's easier for writers to do their due diligence.
