Lots of people think that it's an overstatement to say that "democracy is at risk."

I think it's an understatement.

It's not just democracy that's at risk. It's reality. Most Republicans believe the Big Lie. There's no evidence for it, and the Big Liars are no longer trying to present any. It's a talking point. A chant. An empty statement.

But it's their reality. And if they get power, it will become yours, too.
